Bryan Hollingsworth brings over two decades of experience in occupational medicine, workforce health, and industrial project support across the Gulf Coast. A Southwest Louisiana native and former Infantryman in the Louisiana National Guard, Bryan’s early career in offshore and industrial environments shaped his practical, client-focused approach to occupational healthcare.
Bryan began his medical career in 2001 as a Medical Technician at Business Health Partners (BHP) while pursuing his nursing degree. He gained field experience in drug and alcohol testing, audiometry, spirometry, and respirator fit testing before becoming a Registered Nurse. His role expanded into injury care and conservative treatment protocols, where he served as a nationwide on-call nurse for global industrial clients including Schlumberger International, MI Swaco, and Cameron Wellhead Services.
Recognized for his leadership and clinical expertise, Bryan quickly advanced within BHP, becoming Clinical Manager and later a Managing Member in 2010. Since taking ownership of BHP, he has driven extraordinary growth: expanding the company from 1 location to 14, achieving a fivefold increase in revenue, and treating five times more patients while building long-term partnerships with leading industrial clients.
Today, Bryan also serves as a founding partner of the NuReady Health Network, a strategic alliance between BHP and Gulf Coast Occupational Medicine. Through NuReady, he continues to deliver scalable occupational health solutions that support industry across Louisiana, Texas, and beyond.
With a deep understanding of workforce demands and a relentless focus on safety, compliance, and operational excellence, Bryan leads BHP with the same principle that has guided his career from the start: providing timely, cost-effective care that keeps employees healthy and businesses moving forward.
Outside of work, Bryan is an honored husband and father of two. He enjoys traveling, sharing stories through his podcast, and finding new ways to connect people with solutions that make a difference.
